About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experience Lead Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our creative process, transforming our clients' visions into beautifully crafted spaces. You’ll work on a variety of exclusive, high-end residential projects, and select commercial projects, guiding each one from initial concept to final installation.
As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll leverage your creativity and technical expertise to develop designs that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and practical. This role offers the chance to shape unique environments, collaborating closely with clients and our team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 6 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Strong passion for design and exceptional attention to detail.
Skilled in sketching and rendering techniques.
In-depth knowledge of the complete design process, including concept development, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, procurement, and installation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and adaptive approach to the daily needs of the design team.
Travel Required
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with clients, designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers to manage multiple projects effectively.
Oversee all aspects of material selection and sourcing, custom furniture design, visual research, furniture procurement, and the creation of graphic and visual presentations, while ensuring projects stay within budget and meet established timelines.
